I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and used a CPAP machine until now. The specialized appliance Dr. Roland provided achieves the same restful night’s sleep but without the machine, headgear, tubes and noise. It gives me such freedom! I can take a nap on the couch, sleep in the car, or outside in the hammock. A camping trip is now possible, since I don”t need a place to plug in a machine. It’s a breeze to travel with too, no more lugging my bulky CPAP machine through airport security. I happily recommend the specialized appliance as well as Dr. Roland and Debbie at Innovative Family Dental Health.

Extraordinary care! I was referred to Dr. Roland by my ENT for treatment of a sleep obstructive disorder; I had severe neck spasms and horrible snoring for ten years. Dr. Roland and Debbie immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment plan was explained in detail. Within 2 weeks of the treatment I was spasm free and the snoring stopped. My ENT told me if the sleep obstructive disorder was left untreated, I could develop medical conditions as well as mental health issues, such as depression. I am so grateful for Dr. Roland’s help. I can not imagine how life would be without the treatment.

My Dentist. Let me start this testimonial by stating I Hate Dentists. There is no such thing as a painless dentist. In the last 50 years I have been to many. I would rather have bamboo shoots driven under my fingernails than to make that dreaded trip to the Dentist. A few years ago I was referred to Dr. Roland. She was practicing her trade in Bryan’s Road, Maryland. I had no great expectations when I slouched into that Awful,Torturous chair. In came Dr. Roland. I had no idea that the good doctor was a female and I did not care. I prepared myself for the torture..Lights Action, What NO PAIN. I was Flabbergasted unable to speak I had just had the dreaded exam and No Pain. When I regained my composure and found my voice, I calmly asked Where have you been all my life. Dr Roland soon left the Bryan’s Road area to begin her practice in Annapolis. Every three months I drive the sixty miles to her office. Dr Roland and her sidekick Deb always greet me warmly. I am not saying that it is always completely painless. When I look up into those big brown eyes, I know that she is really trying to be as gentle as possible and I really appreciate that. My friends always ask me why I drive so far to my dentists office. I’m just glad her practice isn’t in Florida. That would really be a long commute. In it for the long haul.

Only the Best! Dr. Roland is hands down the best orthodontist/dentist that I have had. Although her office is located over an hour away from where I reside, the commute is no problem when the service she provides is so well. Aside from her well decorated office, the fancy massage chairs, nice T.V. Screens and soothing music while you’re being worked on, it is evident that Dr. Roland is well educated and knows as a dentist and orthodontist what she is talking about and practicing, along with having such a welcoming and friendly personality. On a scale of 1-10 Dr. Roland is definitely a 10, and I recommend her to anyone in search for a great dentist or orthodontist.

Best Dentist Ever! Dr. Roland is the best dentist I have ever gone to! Not only is the equipment state of the art, but Dr. Roland really cares about her patients and only wants the best treatment for them.
