What You May Not Know About Your Dental Insurance

Our office is committed to excellence, therefore we will provide you with the best care possible based on your oral health needs. We will spend as much personal time with you as needed to customize your treatment plan based on your specific needs. All of this starts with our comprehensive new patient exam. You can be sure that Dr. Roland will do things with integrity and will take time to discuss all of your oral health concerns. Your insurance company does not examine your oral health before your plan is assigned, therefore they cannot base your benefits on what you need; they create your plan according to the payout they profitably receive.

If your insurance company refuses to cover a service, it does not reflect the importance of the service; it is based upon what was agreed upon with your employer. We consider insurance a method of reimbursement and not a method of treatment.

If your insurance company does not reimburse you to the extent that you think it should, you should remember that dental insurance is designed to offset the cost of your treatment. It is unusual for the full amount to be paid by insurance.

We use the finest and most innovative materials available to avoid mediocre treatment that would soon need to be redone; we aim to provide you with the greatest longevity. We want you to be comfortable knowing that your treatment has been done to the best possible extent.

Preserve your freedom to choose your dentist and the care you desire!

Our business office staff at Innovative Family Dental Health will strive to help you obtain your maximum benefits by prompt and efficient processing of your claims. At our office we have the capability to submit electronic claims for your treatment the same day of your appointment. This greatly increases the speed in which you receive your reimbursement from your insurance company.

It is our goal to ensure that financial obligations never hinder your treatment needs. For your convenience we accept payment by cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. We also offer affordable financing through Capital One, Care Credit, and Chase Healthcare Advance.
